Exercise 1 - Week 5 (20/5/2024)

In this week, we learnt about the card sorting method. Mr. Zeon asked us to sort out the features of a travel app. We were to do it openly meaning no categories were given to us. 

Our group struggled a bit at first because we were categorising the features by stages like pre-flight, during the travel and after the travel. After that we slowly got the hang of it and categorised them. However, we did have another struggle which was to name some of the categories, it took us some time but we managed to do it in the end. 

We were also asked to create a new category which we would like to add in the app and also add features to it. We went with a transport guide & services where u could see bus schedules, do car rentals, find taxi services and view the train map.

Overall, I think this exercise was pretty beneficial for me as it helped me to know how does card sorting method work so I could apply this in my assignment.
